1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking a stay with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our services if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Booking and Payments

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or full payment via our integrated payment gateways.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent rate changes.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard Check-In time is 12:00 PM (Noon).
• Standard Check-Out time is 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest House Policies

• We serve strictly pure vegetarian sattvic food. Non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables. Management will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be billed to their account.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Solapur, Maharashtra.
